STORY

Tac Tacu, formerly known as Casa Inka, is a family-owned and operated business established in June, 2008. 

They have since been awarded 'Best Restaurant in Fountain Valley'. They believe in producing dishes which represent the rich, authentic flavors of Peru, as well as providing each customer with exceptional service in the family-friendly environment. Peruvian cuisine represents influences from ancient Inka ingredient brought in with immigrants from part of Asia, Europe and West Africa. We are known for our most favorable dish, the Lomo Saltado. We also carry a wide variety of seafood and vegetarian options for all to enjoy.

Since

2008

Ana, the mother, is Peruvian. Tacu Tacu represents the love for her roots and the passion for Peruvian culture. Since 2008, she has passed down and shared her family recipes with each customer that walks through the doors.
